Members of the United Flying Octogenarians, or UFOs, met at Danbury Airport Wednesday for the first time in over a year and a half to catch up and enjoy coffee and doughnuts.
To be a member, you must have solo-piloted an aircraft when you were over 80 years old. The members say it's great to talk to people who understand their passion.
There are about 1,500 members nationwide. More than 50 from all over the Northeast were in attendance, with 15 of them coming by air.
The UFOs are planning three more fly-ins across the Northeast later this year.
