NYPD: Several injured, including young girl, in Bed-Stuy bus crash

The FDNY says four people were treated on the scene and refused further medical attention. Four others were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Authorities responded to a crash Tuesday afternoon involving a city bus and several pinned vehicles in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
According to police, a B44 bus was heading south on Nostrand Avenue when it collided with a car.
Video from the scene showed an SUV on top of another vehicle which is pinned between the bus and a box truck.
The FDNY says four people were treated on the scene and refused further medical attention. Four others were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say a 59-year-old woman driving the bus was taken to the hospital in stable condition, a 33-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with leg pain and a 9-year-old girl was taken to Woodhull Hospital. Her injuries were not detailed.
Police say the incident does not appear to involve any criminality.
