Vermont police say Ryan Koss was driving an SUV when he stopped short in front of the motorcycle driven by Treat Williams.

A Vermont man has been charged in connection with the crash that killed Connecticut native and actor Treat Williams, police say.
Williams, 71, was killed in Dorset, Vermont in June. He was born in Stamford and grew up in Rowayton.
Vermont police say Ryan Koss was driving an SUV when he stopped short in front of the motorcycle driven by Williams.
Koss is charged with grossly negligent operation of a vehicle.
