Transit officials have identified the person hit and killed by an Acela train in Milford.
Officials say the train struck 45-year-old Lauren Escobar, of Milford, on Friday afternoon.
It happened near Buckingham Avenue.
Metro-North officials say Escobar was trespassing at the time.
