A woman from New Jersey was seriously injured after falling six feet through an open sidewalk access door while on her cellphone.
The entire incident was caught on surveillance video.
The 67-year-old appeared to be texting when she fell.
She was rushed to the hospital after being rescued by authorities.
The access door was open for gas lines to get repaired.
