A Virginia man is facing charges today after state police say he was waving a gun in the air while driving his car on I-95 in Stratford.
It happened Wednesday after police pulled over 62-year-old Joseph Casais near the mall in Milford.
News 12 Connecticut has learned troopers found a handgun along with five rounds of ammunition inside the car.
