Thousands came together at Calf Pasture Beach Sunday to raise awareness and money for Alzheimer's.
The Norwalk Walk to End Alzheimer's broke several records this year with the most team's registered to participate.
Over 300 teams were at the walk.
Several thousand participants walked two miles in support of the cause and learned more about the disease, advocacy opportunities, support groups and programs.
Those with Alzheimer's or affected by it were honored by a flower ceremony and garden in the sand.
The event was hosted by News 12 Connecticut's Alexa Ferrell.
