The Norwalk community is mourning the loss of a teen who was killed in a crash this weekend on I-95 in Darien.
Victor Emanuel Deleon, 19, died in the single-car crash early Sunday. Police say a Volkswagen Passat was heading north when it veered off the highway and hit a tree near Exit 10.
Four others who were in the vehicle were injured.
Friends who've known Deleon since sixth grade say they are stunned by his death. He's being remembered as someone who was loved by everybody.

"We had so many dreams we talked about,” one friend told News 12.
Friends have set up to makeshift memorials for Deleon outside of his home -- one with candles and ballons, and the other with the sneakers he loved to wear.
State police closed I-95 for an hour and a half Sunday to reconstruct the crash. They say they believe at least two of the vehicle's backseat passengers were not wearing seat belts, including Deleon.
The cause remains under investigation.
