Roads may be slippery for the Monday morning commute due to overnight temperatures below freezing.
News 12 meteorologists say overnight lows of around 18 degrees could cause refreezing on the roads following the weekend storm. Roadways that were covered in puddles of snowmelt or leftover coatings of snow could become extremely icy.
Drivers are being urged to give themselves extra travel time and to be alert.
The rest of the day Monday will bring mostly sunny skies with temperatures around 35 degrees.
Tuesday will see mixed sun and clouds with late-day rain showers, and highs will reach about 40 degrees.
On Wednesday, expect highs around 39 degrees under mostly sunny skies.
