Wednesday marks 12 years since Waterbury man went missing

Today marks 12 years since the disappearance of a Waterbury man. Billy Smolinski, 31, vanished in 2004 after his family says he learned his girlfriend was having an affair with a married politician.

Today marks 12 years since the disappearance of a Waterbury man.
Billy Smolinski, 31, vanished in 2004 after his family says he learned his girlfriend was having an affair with a married politician.
Smolinski was a school bus driver in Woodbridge.
Police had gotten a tip and dug up some areas in Seymour, but they did not come up with a body.
Smolinski's parents have said they believe their son was murdered.
