Fire officials say northbound I-95 at Exits 18 and 19 in Westport reopened Saturday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash.
They say that a person was trapped under one of the vehicles, and believe they had pulled over to work on an mechanical issue when the crash happened.
Officials say that person, who suffered from severe injuries, and another individual were transported to the hospital.
