Westport police have released the identity of the second missing boater from last month's accident.

Authorities say 34-year-old Rafael Lemus of Suffern, New York, went missing when the boat he was on capsized near Cockenoe Island two weeks ago.

Another man drowned in the incident.

A body was recovered from the water in Norwalk last week.

Police say they are still trying to determine if it is Lemus.
