Westport families rang in the new year at the town's annual First Night celebration.
The family friendly festivities were held at the YMCA in downtown Westport. Children of all ages welcomed 2013 with musical performances, face-painting and other fun activities.
Volunteers spent most of the day getting ready for the bash.
