Wilton music teacher allegedly killed by husband
Police say a local teacher is dead after her husband allegedly shot her four times in the chest at their home in New Fairfield. Svetlana Bell, 47, was pronounced dead at Danbury Hospital last night.

Police say a local teacher is dead after her husband allegedly shot her four times in the chest at their home in New Fairfield.
Svetlana Bell, 47, was pronounced dead at Danbury Hospital last night.
Bell was an orchestra teacher at Cider Mill School in Wilton. Parents and students who knew her say that she will be remembered for her bright smile and dedication to teaching music.
Police say her husband, Robert Bell, is scheduled to appear in court Monday morning.
