Strong winds toppled trees and caused several power outages early Monday morning in Norwalk.
Fierce winds brought down a tree around 1 a.m. on Morehouse Lane.
It caused electricity to go out in the area and blocked traffic.
The power company says crews restored service to the neighborhood.
