The Cheshire woman accused of driving drunk when she hit an Amity High School graduate on Christmas night is due in court today.
State police say Barbara Ross, 60, hit Robert Weidig Jr., 18, while he was walking in Bethany.
Weidig died in that accident.
Ross was not injured.
