A Middletown woman is facing criminal charges for allegedly calling 911 because she couldn't find her phone.
Police say Michelle Davis, 43, was drunk earlier this month when she called the emergency line and then hung up.
Responding officers say she was heavily intoxicated, but told them she found her phone.
Police say Davis has called 911 more than 75 times since March to report non-emergency issues.
