Danbury police say a waste disposal worker is dead after he was hit by a garbage truck yesterday morning.
Police say garbage truck driver Marcio DaSilva, 58, of Danbury, was hit and killed on the Winter Brother's property in Danbury.
DaSilva was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say OSHA is also investigating the incident.
