Commuters faced heavy delays on I-95 this morning after a two-car accident closed several lanes.
The accident occurred on the southbound side between exits 15 and 14 in Norwalk.
State police closed two lanes around 6:30 a.m. in order to clear up the crash.
All lanes were reopen by 8 a.m., but the Department of Transportation says the delays stretched back more than 11 miles.
