NYPD seeks public’s help identifying suspect in forcible touching incident

The NYPD says the man was last seen wearing a yellow crown, black ski mask, black-and-red T-shirt and black sweatpants.

The NYPD is asking for the public’s help identifying a man wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident in Brooklyn.

Police say a 24-year-old woman was walking near Grand Street and Bushwick Avenue at approximately 7 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 30, when the man approached her, slapped her and grabbed her buttocks over her clothing.

The man then fled the area on foot. The woman was not injured, police said.

The NYPD says the man was last seen wearing a yellow crown, black ski mask, black-and-red T-shirt and black sweatpants.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

The public can also submit their tips by logging on to the Crime Stoppers website or on X @NYPDTips.
