Three Bridgeport men are due in court next week for allegedly trying to break in to more than 20 parked cars in Fairfield.
Fairfield police say a witness called 911 last night to report three men on Second Street going car to car and tugging on the door handles.
"Luckily for us we had an individual who recognized what was not normal, especially particular to his neighborhood, and called us," says Fairfield police Lt. James Perez.
Police arrested Jonathan DaSilva, 19, Nelson Hines, 20, and Kenny Wright, 21, shortly after.
Police say they found flashlights, screwdrivers and cell phone chargers with the men.
All three men are currently free on bond.
