A court hearing is scheduled today for a Stamford man charged with killing a 3-month-old baby.
Police say 22-year-old Osvaldo Romero was babysitting the infant when he died in December.
They say Romero shook the infant to death.
Officers say he is also suspected of sexually assaulting the baby.
Romero was in court earlier this month after state prosecutors asked for a second DNA sample from him.
