Now that Labor Day weekend is over, apple picking is in full swing.
Silverman's farm owner Irv Silverman says he has always received a surplus of customers at his Easton farm during apple-picking season. He says this year is no different because he's expecting thousands of people this weekend.
Silverman says he's ready to receive customers because he cultivated the best crops he's seen in quite a few years. He attributes the quality of this year's crops to the spring weather which he says was perfect.
The farm has 20,000 trees and 18 different varieties of apples.
Silverman says he tries to give his customers the full fall experience, full of pumpkins, cornstalks, hay bales and gourds.
