A teen is facing charges in connection with a stabbing outside a Norwalk barber shop.
Police say they arrested a 15-year-old yesterday for stabbing a 21-year-old in the arm outside Zack Barbershop on Connecticut Avenue Monday afternoon.
Officers say the teen was identified on surveillance video.
