Woodbridge police say a Branford man is under arrest for robbing a bank earlier this week.
They say they arrested Richard Worthington yesterday for the robbery Tuesday at First Niagara Bank on Amity Road.
Officers say Worthington demanded money from a teller, grabbed the cash and ran.
Police say they caught him after he was captured on surveillance video and recognized by people in the community.
