Authorities: Motorcycle crash in Ridgefield leads to drug and gun arrest

Police say they found the crashed bike on Ridgebury Road but that the operator was not there.

A man who crashed his motorcycle in Ridgefield is now facing drug and gun charges, according to authorities.
Police say they found the crashed bike on Ridgebury Road but that the operator was not there.
They say they began to search for a possibly injured rider.
During that search, authorities say they found a jacket and backpack near the crashed bike with a large amount of drugs and a gun.
They say they later found Tyrone Barham hiding in the back of a nearby vehicle.
He's facing several charges and is being held on a $100,000 bond.
