Connecticut's own animal prophet is predicting an early spring this year in the state.
Beardsley Bart, a prairie dog at Bridgeport's Beardsley Zoo, did not see his shadow.
Both Beardsley Bart and Punxsutawney Phil say there will not be six more weeks of winter.
