The bitter temperatures will continue into Tuesday before they start to recover later this week.

Normal temperatures this time of year are usually a high of 40 and lows in the mid-20s. This year, we're seeing highs in only the mid-20s. 

Tuesday will see a high of 31 degrees.

A spring warmup is on the way starting Wednesday. Thursday through Friday will feature temperatures in the 50s to near 60s, accompanied by some wet weather.

Wednesday will jump up to 43 degrees and Thursday will be even warmer at 57 degrees.
