Bond was set at $1 million for a Bridgeport man accused in a fatal October robbery.

Police say 22-year-old Jonnie Jefferson killed Dwayne Cobb, 25, during a robbery in October. Officials say Cobb was found shot in his car on Sunshine Circle eight hours after they believe the robbery took place.

Cobbs' parents were in the courtroom as the man charged with their son's death went before a judge. Family members say Cobbs had no criminal record and had just recently gotten his undergraduate degree in accounting from Iona College.
