An intersection in Bridgeport is open again Wednesday evening after two tractor-trailers collided.
More than 100 gallons of diesel fuel was spilled onto Howard and Wordin avenues around 5 a.m. as a result of the collision.
According to police, one of the tractor-trailers slid around the corner and hit the other. One of the tanks ruptured and spilled its fuel onto the road.
There is no word on whether any of it ran into the Long Island Sound.
