A nursing facility in Bridgeport already under state and federal investigation is facing new accusations from workers.

Retired Bridgeport Manor workers say they haven't been able to collect their pensions. The company has also been accused of not paying workers on time and failing to pay for health insurance.

Lorna Rose, who was a nursing assistant at the facility, retired last year. Her pay stubs show she contributed $54,000 to her retirement account, which was supposed to be matched by Bridgeport Manor. Rose's lawyer says his client is owed more than $100,000, but Bridgeport Manor is not letting her collect.

Rose's lawyer has sent two letters to Bridgeport Manor, but has not been given an answer.

U.S. Department of Labor investigators will meet with workers next Wednesday and Thursday at the Bridgeport Public Library in the third-floor community room from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Workers who believe they are owed money should bring all their paperwork.
