Bridgeport and Stratford police are searching for a suspected car vandal who led them on a pursuit early this morning. Police say they chased the suspect for nearly 2 miles from Bunnell Street in Bridgeport to Taft Street in Stratford. They say they received a report that the driver of a green minivan was peeking into cars. When officers approached the minivan, they say the suspect took off, crashed and escaped on foot.
