Bridgeport police say one of the city's busiest streets is open again following a car crash that brought down a utility pole this morning.
Police say a car crashed into a pole on Fairfield Avenue outside Ruby 2's café in the Black Rock section around 6:15 a.m.
United Illuminating says as many as 1,300 people were without power following that crash.
