Five people were hurt when a car crashed into a tree Thursday afternoon in Sullivan County, according to authorities.
The Rock Hill Fire Department says crews found the gray SUV with its front torn off resting against the tree on the side of a road.
One of the injured individuals was taken to Westchester Medical Center by Medevac.
The others were transported to Garnet Health Medical Center in Middletown.
