Chef Tim Erway of Clubhouse Grille at Oak Hills Golf Course in Norwalk shows Tina Redwine how to create summer seasonal dishes.
 
Ingredients:
½ Cup Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
¼ Cup Heavy Cream
1 Tsp Yellow Mustard
 
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a skillet, heat on medium low and stir until sauce comes together.
