Bridgeport police say a man is fighting for his life after an early morning shooting.

Police Chief AJ Perez says it happened at a lounge on Stratford Avenue around 2 a.m.

He says the victim was shot four times, but is expected to survive. Police intend to speak to him when they can.

Authorities will also be looking at surveillance video of the incident. They are asking anyone who can aid in the investigation to call police.
