The Connecticut Department of Housing is teaming up with the Housing Finance Authority to provide millions of dollars in loans and grants to help build more affordable housing in the area.
Those funds are intended to support Monterey Village, a 161-unit complex located in South Norwalk and 155 new units at Wall Street Place in Norwalk.
Phase one of Oak Park in Stamford, which will include 91 units is also part of the plan, along with 19 homes being converted at 122 Wilton Road in Westport.
