The family of a Milford woman who went missing three years ago is making a Mother's Day plea for the public's help.
Jennifer Sullivan's family says she was in New London and involved in a rehab program when she went missing. They say Sullivan, who would now be 46 years old, struggled with personal issues but describe her as a warm and loving person.
The family says they would be grateful to anyone who could provide clues on where Sullivan might be.
Mark Schachter, a private investigator who has worked with the family, says they are desperately seeking closure.
"We're asking the community to please help us find Jennifer and bring her home to her family. They're concerned and they want her home, and they deserve to have her back home," he says.
Anyone with information is asked to call (203) 623-7955.
