The Easton Physical Distancing Earth Day Pick-Up is a town-wide litter cleaning event organized totally online.

Teddy Feroleto, 17, planned routes for families and individuals to patrol for trash and invited people to sign up via Facebook.
Feroleto says over 60 families signed up and claimed routes, and more people are still coming out to participate.
He says in some ways, the pandemic actually made it easier to organize an event like this.
Earth Day has been celebrated every year in the United States since 1970.
