Eight people were displaced after a structure fire tore through a building in Bridgeport.
The Bridgeport fire department responded to the structure fire along the 260 block of Sheridan Street at approximately 9 p.m.
The fire was deemed a 2-alarm fire at about 9:30 p.m., with the fire spreading through all floors of the structure.
Eight residents were displaced and are being helped by the American Red Cross.
No injures were reported and the Bridgeport Fire Marshal's Office are currently investigating the incident.
