EPA crews on Monday began cleaning up the site of a massive blaze that happened more than a year ago.
As News 12 reported, the fire broke out at an old perfume factory on Seaview Avenue in September 2014.
Officials told News 12 that the cleanup was made possible due a $4.2 million federal grant.
