The Region 9 School District says that a former Joel Barlow High School teacher and athletic director engaged in inappropriate conduct with a student in the 1970s.

The Region 9 School District says that a former Joel Barlow High School teacher and athletic director engaged in inappropriate conduct with a student in the 1970s.
Officials say as a result, Pamela Goodpaster's honoraria is being removed.
The district says it also alerted authorities, but due to how long ago it happened, it's unlikely that Goodpaster will receive any additional consequences.
The district says it will not provide more detail on the incident.
