2ds agoA former NYPD officer was sentenced Tuesday to time served after being convicted in connection with his friend’s death.
Errick Allen was previously found guilty of menacing following Christopher Curro’s May 2020 death.
Allen was acquitted of murder. He says he acted in self-defense when he used his service weapon against Curro during a dispute.
