The Fairfield Museum & History Center reopened since being closed for nearly four months during the pandemic.
Executive Director Michael Jehle says the museum will implement safety protocols in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
He says the museum will be capped at half capacity.
All of the museum's three galleries, and the gift shop are back open, but lectures and meetings will still continue virtually.
The library will reopen Wednesday by appointment.
Camps offered at the museum will reopen in mid-July, but are limited to seven or eight students per session.
Jehle says take-home kits will be avilable for students.
"We hope to use this opportunity over the next couple months to reengage with everybody and let them enjoy all that we do," Jehle says.
