? At least 60 students at Fairfield University have reportedly come down with flu-like symptoms this week. Some officials fear the symptoms could be the H1N1 virus spreading through campus.

University officials have not confirmed that any of the cases are H1N1. A result of the test typically takes a couple weeks.

Officials say last spring the school did have 9 confirmed cases, and this time they are even better prepared to fight a possible outbreak.

The Health Center is sending e-mails to students telling them if they have any signs to come in. Officials say as a precaution they have an isolation room, but students who are ill are sent off campus and back home to get better.

The school says those who have been sick have only had mild to moderate cases of the flu.
