Today marks four years since a Wilton teen was killed while riding a motorized bike.
Nicholas Parisot was 13 when he died after hitting a rope tied between two trees in the woods.
In 2009, his parents launched a civil lawsuit against the family of another teen who they say rigged the trail.
Police say the death was classified as a homicide and is still an ongoing investigation. They say there is not enough evidence to make an arrest.
Nicholas would have graduated from Wilton High School this spring. His class plans to honor his memory with a moment of silence at the graduation.
Three years later, no arrests in Wilton teen's death
