Family and friends are mourning the loss of a 39-year-old man who was found unresponsive on the side of a road in Westport Saturday morning.
Police say Sandokan "Mooney" Harrell, of Bridgeport, was found by a jogger Saturday morning at around 9 a.m.
The family says they have no idea what Harrell was doing in Westport, or how he ended up on the side of the road.
Police are still waiting on the medical examiner's report to determine the cause of Harrell's death.
Harrell's family is in the process of making funeral arrangements.
