The family of a slain Shelton teen says they are optimistic a new reward will help find their son's killer.
Police say Kristjan Ndoj, 15, was shot in the driveway of his friend's house back in March. He died five days later. The state is offering a reward of up to $50,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect.
The family's lawyer, Michael Boynton, says they are currently out of the country, but are very happy about the reward.
"They are fairly confident that somebody out there knows something about who killed their son and this may lead that person to be arrested and brought to justice," says Boynton.
