Police say 16-year-old Brandon Bella and his 13-year-old brother, Kevin, collided head-on while out riding their dirt bikes. Kevin was killed in the accident. The family says Brandon was critically hurt but is now in stable condition and expected to make a full recovery. Despite his mangled leg, they say Brandon crawled to Kevin after the accident and tried desperately to give him CPR. Family members say the two brothers were inseparable.
