A decision on where hundreds of Coleytown students will go to class next year has been delayed another week, officials announced.
At a Board of Education meeting Monday, the school district narrowed down nine possible options to just one.
However, nothing was voted on.
Currently, displaced Coleytown students are split between Bedford Middle School and Staples High School.
Superintendent Colleen Palmer had hoped to rent out a building for all the district's sixth-graders next year.
All seventh- and eighth-graders would be housed at Bedford.
Palmer says they have looked at space in Westport, Norwalk and Fairfield -- but found no good options.
The board will meet again next week.
